Join us as we gather in sacred circle to honour the Autumn Equinox, a powerful threshold moment when day and night stand in perfect equilibrium.
As nature begins her graceful descent into the darker half of the year, we are invited to mirror this turning inward. The summer heat fades, leaves begin to fall, and the land prepares for rest.
This circle offers a supportive space to reflect on what has come to fruition in our lives and consciously release what no longer serves us.
As day and night reach balance, we gather to honour the dance of light and dark, feminine and masculine, yin and yang.
A gentle pause to reflect, release, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
Blue lotus tea will be provided on arrival to drop in. Through breath work, embodied movement, seasonal craft, song (Adi Shakti Mantra) and Reiki infused sound bowl session. We will create space to exhale and soften.
Tea, treats and tarot will be provided to ground us all before we enjoy the rest of our Sunday afternoon.
Come exactly as you are as we gather and reset our energies for the new astrological year ahead.
